What is a CCG? - Unlike traditional card games, such as poker or UNO, where the deck's content is limited and pre-determined, CCG players select which cards will compose their deck from the available pool of cards. This allows a CCG player to strategically customize their deck to take advantage of favorable card interactions, combinations and statistics. What is Pokemon? - Pokemon was originally deevloped as a video game. In the game, player travel the world collecting pocket sized monsters, and then battle those monsters against other such collectors in gyms and stadiums. The CCG is an adaptation of the video game, with each player having a selection of Pokemon to battle the opponent with. What Pokemon products do we carry? - We carry a ful line of
Pokemon CCG products, including all in-print expansions and assorted
supplementary items, such as deck boxes and binders. We have an extensive
selection of single cards for sale. What do I need to play? - Each player needs to have their own deck of cards to play. Decks are available to play out of the box, with prices from $14.99. Additional cards, either from booster packs or purchased individually, can be mixed into your deck. |
