What is a Collectible Miniatures Game? - CMGs are a form of miniature wargaming. Players collect prepainted figures, and then assemble groups out of them for play. CMGs have various themes, ranging from high fantasy to real world to sci-fi. CMGs share some characteristics, including values assigned to the individual miniatures, such as points, strength, toughness, etc.

What is Dungeons and Dragons Miniatures? - D&D Minis is a CMG set in the various worlds of Dungeons and Dragons. Miniatures include the various iconic D&D races (Dragons, Beholders, Illithids, and more), and famous D&D characters (Drizzt, Mordenkainen, etc.).
Miniatures are available in booster packs, with each different set focusing on a different part of the D&D Mythos. Also available are alternate paint schemes (as event prizes), and scenario sets (featuring special rules are figures, such as Gargantuan dragons).
